Since 2001 year, Westcapades french Tour Operator is a french-breton fully licensed incoming travel agency, registered and legally authorized by the French Government Tourist Board ATOUT FRANCE under the authority of the french Ministry of Tourism. Westcapades historical references with small and large groups froom all countries in the world, business companies, UK charity groups and associations, US travel agencies.. Terms and conditions are based on the french law “R211 Code du tourisme” and european directives.

Bookings:

We need your booking to confirm all services, in a tour package or a full-inclusive package.

It is still necessary to confirm preferably by email (which is the best, if you want to save time, and holding options before confirming your bookings). Westcapades will send you a french travel agent contract, where we need at least your full name (first name , forename), number of registered people, detailed services, postal adress, direct cell phone if necessary (tour leader, courier, or a member of your family). You will have to reply with it, with a date and your signature if asked by travel agent, plus a deposit then a balance which confirm requested services. All confirmations less than 30 days before the tour need being fully charged. Generally we use Payboxmail, a mail you receive direct from Paybox, just click on a secured webpage, filling the form with your cc details, will be charged, then you receive a double confirmation from Paybox, then from Westcapades with our detailed voucher/confirmation (PDF).

In case of amendment or cancellation by clients, and if finally number of people registered is insufficient, Westcapades will be obliged to cancel services and will refund you according to the cancellation policy (see above).

Conditions of payment:

We need a 30 % deposit as a confirmation, by credit card (mastercard or visacard only). Each year our 1000 US guests are using Payboxmail, a secure payment . Except for minibus daytours for which a full payment is requested, balance will have to be paid at least 1 month before departure. In any case, if you book services with Westcapades less than 30 days before departure, Westcapades will ask a full payment to confirm your tour package. For an important amount the best and a safest solution is to wire the money to our bank using a bank transfer with all our following details :

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation by the client, the expenses will be:

More than 30 days before departure: 15 euro per pers
30 to 21 days before departure: 25 % of the total amount
20 to 10 days before departure: 75 %
from 09 days to dday: 100 % .

How to book a payment?

Payboxmail is the best, a hyperlink which allows you to open a secure payment page on the Paybox website platform with all details of the proposed transaction.

When charged, you receive a confirmation form with all the details of your booking confirmation.
